Many of our families feel isolated in their parenting choices. Future Families is about building community so we hold regular events where our members and the public can come together to meet, talk, learn and share ideas.
Our main event is our monthly Fun Days held the 3rd Friday every month at the Goodwood Community Centre.
We have presentations by local parenting and health experts, kid’s activities, discussion circles, healthy food and networking.
There are also professionals on hand such as midwives, naturopaths, family counsellors as well as volunteers from Australian Breastfeeding Association, Vaccination Information SA and Homebirth Network.
Plus an array of stalls offering chemical free products, alternative health options and relevant products and services.
Mums, dads and kids are all welcome for only $5 entry per family.
